Tim Burns, a Fairfax Selectboard member, endorses Ashley Bartley for State Senate!

Ashley has been a strong collaborator with our Select Board throughout her time representing Fairfax in the Vermont House of Representatives. She has consistently kept the lines of communication open, working hard to make sure that what happens in Montpelier reflects what's best for our town. That kind of responsiveness isn't something every legislator prioritizes, but Ashley has made it a hallmark of how she serves; and she does so with the utmost integrity.

Beyond her collaborative approach, Ashley is a hard worker. She's energetic, she listens, and — maybe most importantly — she's willing to have the tough conversations when they're needed. She explains her positions and votes — and never hides from them.

As a young mom balancing public service with family life, she brings a perspective and work ethic that Fairfax and the entire Chittenden North district need in the State Senate.
